           General Match Information    

Matches are held at the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association's, Walter Cline range located in Friendship, Indiana.

Entry fee is $25.00 per competitor per match. Non NMLRA and/or Non MBPCRC members $30.00 per match. 120 shot September match fee $60.00 total, Checks payable to: Miami BPC Rifle Club Inc.

e-entries with pre-payment are recommended prior to match date in order to confirm a reservation as we have a limit of 60 competitors. In the event we are not full, entries will be taken until 7:30 AM on the day of the match, as available, first come first served.

The range will be open for practice Saturday & Sunday morning. The first relay will begin @ 9:00 AM as conditions permit.

Current NRA Silhouette rules apply. NRA rifle silhouette classification books required and are available at the range.

The course of fire is: ten (10) shots each on Chickens, Pigs, Turkeys, and Rams.  The relays will be 2 stages,  five (5) targets per stage, with the targets reset after each stage.

NRA Silhouette classification will be used.  Scope shooters will be advanced in class depending on the number of competitors.

Awards offered to the first in each class, A and B, classes will be combined. Unclassified shooters compete with Master.

Range is covered; rest rooms and water are available at the range. Free camping available to member competitors at the range.

When you arrive at the range, enter by passing through the gatehouse (unmanned for our events) and proceed to the firing line and turn left along the firing line sheds. The silhouette range is at the far end. To get to Friendship:

From Cincinnati, Ohio:
Take the I-275 loop to the Lawrenceburg Exit and turn left on State Highway 50 West. Proceed through Lawrenceburg and Aurora and continue west on SH 50 for another 10 miles then turn left at the Highway 262 exit and then turn right onto State Road 62 West and through Dillsboro, Indiana. Continue for 6 miles on State Road 62  to the Walter Cline Range which will be located on your right (do not confuse the range with the large flea market that you will pass first).

From Indianapolis, Indiana:
Take I-74 East to Greensburg, Indiana. Exit on Highway 421; take 421 South to Versailles, Indiana. Continue on 421 to State Road 129 South. Follow it to State Road 62 East, follow this through the town of Friendship and the Walter Cline Range will be located on your left.

From Louisville, Kentucky:
Cross the Ohio river to New Albany, Indiana and go north to Madison, Indiana. Take State Road 421 North, passing through the small town of Rexville, Indiana, as you are going out of town turn right onto Rexville Road #800 (this is a county road Ð if you are driving an RV or large mobile home we suggest that you go ahead and follow 421 to Versailles and follow the directions from Versailles). Cross Highway 129 to State Road 62 East, follow this through the town of Friendship, the Walter Cline Range will be located on your left.
